Long regarded as one of the ten best ancient Chinese guqin pieces, Guangling San (Guangling Melody) originated in late Han Dynasty (202 BC to 220 AD). It describes the emotions from hate to rage of the son of a swordsmith who was about to assassinate the king to avenge his father.
《廣陵散》早於漢代已經流傳在民間，描述戰國時代鑄劍工匠之子聂政為報殺父之仇，計劃刺殺韓王前，內心從悲痛到激昂的起伏。
