Delta has restrengthened into a Major Hurricane, ane is expected to bring hurricane conditions, and extremely dangerous storm surge to the Gulf Coast tomorrow. Storm surge will be extremely dangerous, with normally dry areas possibly being totally flooded. Storm surge up to 11ft is possible near the landfall zone. People within the hurricane and tropical storm warnings can expect those conditions respectively by Friday afternoon. Up to 15 inches of rainfall in isolated areas is possible with 5-10 inches likely around the landfall zone. There is also a risk of a few tornadoes with this storm.
