[EN] Tutorial #9 : Sliding Lid and Original Shape Dividers for your boxes

Описание к видео [EN] Tutorial #9 : Sliding Lid and Original Shape Dividers for your boxes

Today we'll see how to make a case with a sliding lid. It works with any rectangular box you have. I prefer the technique of putting the box and folding on the go rather than actually measuring because you can never predict how much paper is going to get "eaten" in the fold so I'd rather not make a sliding lid too tight for my box!
The second part of the video is using the same technique than the lid to make little dividers in your boxes. You can make any shape you want, you just need to always make an extra side so be it an hexagon, it'll be 7 sides, or a triangle, it'll be 4 sides. I would believe this is more of a bonus little knowledge because I personally don't need fancy small dividers for lots of different components. I prefer the + dividers and the Katta dividers for my board games but I could see its use in maybe a box with players' pawns (1 division per pawn) or stuff like that.
