Welcome back long gamers!

Here it finally is, the results of my 1 month of rucking challenge. Overall I am pretty happy with these results. I tried to show a realistic change in physique that could happen over a month, it's nothing drastic but if I keep at this then over time the results just compound. What I was surprised by was the strength increases, and for that reason this is something I will definitely be continuing with.

If you are looking for something to help with weight loss, endurance increases and strength increases then rucking might be the thing you need to try.
