Do you perform any task more then once? Lets automate it! In this video we cover a Python script we developed in order to automate a task within Tenable Security Center.

By default Tenable requires the administrator to download each report manually. The process is not ideal for when your process requires you to download multiple reports on a reoccurring basis. This is why I am such a big advocate for learning Python or any other scripting language as much of what you do on a daily basis can be automated.

We are unable to show how the script gets executed as access to Tenable Security Center is limited and not available at this time. We do cover the script line by line. Explaining what it does and why. More automation videos on the way!
