Chartres, la visite en hauteur
Cette visite en hauteur est rare, sur internet on ne trouve pas de vidéo et seulement quelques photos. Elle est particulière car les photos et les petites séquences vidéos ont été réalisées lors des gros travaux de 2009, on ne retrouvera donc plus la cathédrale comme elle était. Certaines séquences, comme la circulation dans la galerie extérieure et les vues de la croisée des transepts sont spectaculaires. Ce témoignage a été rendu possible par Alex, le photographe, ici remercié pour m’avoir permis d’utiliser ses photos. Quelques vues contemporaines et la recomposition de la cathédrale du sud-est complètent cette réalisation agrémentée par la musique de Francis Lai.

Chartres, the visit from above. This visit at height is rare, on the internet there is no video and only a few photos. It is special because the photos and short video sequences were taken during major works in 2009, so we will no longer find the cathedral as it was. Certain sequences, such as the circulation in the exterior gallery and the views from the crossing of the transepts, are spectacular.
