This is a no-repeat full-body workout that builds muscle! We are focusing on the upper body, lower body, and core with 26 exercises! We will follow a pattern of working upper body, then lower body, followed by the abs/core, and repeat!

The structure of this workout makes the time fly by, but also provides a challenging workout so you will know that you are getting a great workout in a short amount of time! You only need your dumbbells for this training session!

If you have a goal to build muscle, this will be a workout you want to include regularly!

30-MINUTE NO REPEAT FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- Today our focus is on heavy weights! This weight is relative to you! For reference, I'm using 10lbs to 30lbs / 4.5kg to 13.6kg.
