DIY Jack plate for small outboard motors

This is a small DIY Jack plate for small boats 12 to 16ft that will fit any small portable short shaft motor from mercury to yamaha to evinrude, etc. This is a project that I built in tandem with my DIY power pole / shallow water anchor set up for the Alumacraft so that a DIY adjustable jack plate will allow for max performance for this Yamaha 15hp outboard motor. This project will be good if you have a small outboard motor and want a solid set up for adjustability in the back of the transom for top performance and speed out of your outboard motor.
