We’re also traveling back in time to explore what sparked a wild stampede of more than 100,000 prospectors that were willing to risk everything for a chance to strike it rich! They came for gold, but most found only disease, disaster, and death. First, we set off on a 30-mile bike ride in the shadow of the mighty Denali…at midnight.
