A few weeks back we shot a show titled “Hidden Real Estate & Mortgage Tax” and we talked about our clients interest rates being driven higher due to these hidden G-Fee’s and the government then taking all that money and spending as they see fit. As we mention the MBA was already fighting back and we asked for others to join the fight. Well NAR did respond and I don’t know if they already had a plan or they responded to our show or the MBA or due to pressure from you guys but whatever the case they have picked up the fight and for once NAR and Lenders stand united in a fight with a common goal. Realtors, please respond and take action! The site to action is below. Click on it and take action, its super easy and then make sure everyone in your office takes action as well. This Industry has been gutted and stuffed with over-regulation and we haven’t fought back…yet! You will be surprised what we can do if the big advocacy groups stand united. NAR, MBA & NMBA and others. Work together to unify our voice and we may finally get things done around here and stop all this non sense that has been going on lately. #TRIDFAIL!
Speaking of an Industry that has been gutted and stuffed with over regulation. Appraisers! Hey if you like over regulation, under paid and thankless jobs… boy do I have a job for you! Let’s just commiserate for a minute. Market Watch released an article titled “10 things RE Appraisers won’t tell you” (Besides the fact that their turn times suck!) Let me highlight a few. 1. We don’t know your neighborhood! Sheesh tell me something I don’t know.
