I Shifted My Perspective - How I chose to use my hardest times as an opportunity for growth.

So glad to have u here again and I promise I'll be staying for a LOOOONGGG TIME this time. I know this video is a bit of a long one but I filmed over the past couple months during my toughest of times and I wanted to share it with you all! I decided to take the opportunity and use it to grow as an individual by being more present! (more videos to come on this :) )
