Hot Chocolate Truffle Cups | Hot Chocolate Bombs + Truffle Dessert

Learn how to make delicious little hot chocolate cups that double as hot chocolate bombs! The cups are made entirely of chocolate and are filled with chocolate ganache and mini marshmallows. You'll also learn how to make whipped white chocolate ganache and how to make easy and beautiful chocolate curls to use as a garnish.

Dark Chocolate Ganache Recipe (enough for 5 truffle cups):
4oz dark chocolate
4oz whipping cream
Few drops of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Whipped White Chocolate Ganache (I had quite a bit leftover):
4oz white chocolate
2 oz + 1-2tbsp whipping cream
