Parliament Session: As the Indian Parliament’s Upper House bid farewell to 4 members from Jammu & Kashmir, the Prime Minister lauded their contributions to the country. Mir Mohammed Fayaz, Shamsher Singh, Nazir Ahmad Laway and Ghulam Nabi Azad. PM Narendra Modi recalled an incident from when he and Ghulam Nabi Azad were Chief Ministers and bade an extremely emotional farewell to Azad who he called one of the most respectable politicians in the Rajya Sabha.
