Coffee Flavour Wheel - The Do's and Don'ts

This is a beautiful work by over 100 professionals and many institutions to encompass the flavours in coffee.
It is a good guide - but certainly never the end goal as assumed by many.
A great tool but when used disproportionately creates a community of un-uniformity.
A flavour wheel is an amazing tool and has a beautiful look to it .
Here is my approach to see how coffee flavour wheel is put to use.
