I grew up in Siberia, Russia — where school wasn’t just about math and literature.

and yes — how to assemble and disassemble an AK-47 at 14 years old.

This wasn’t a dystopian movie.
This was just… Tuesday.

We had a subject literally called “Life Safety.”
Because life, apparently, was optional.

Winter was minus 35°C.
Summer included military training.
Fourth grade? We just collectively skipped it. No one knows why.

This isn’t nostalgia.
It’s a philosophical documentary about growing up in a system that assumed the apocalypse was scheduled.
