January long weekend and we leave the crowds behind heading just an hour away from Canberra to Murrumbateman.
Known for it cool climate wineries we set camp up on a cattle farm and spend the weekend travelling around the 20 plus wineries.
Sadly for me, my heart doesn't appreciate the high sugar content of the weekend and I end up sick so we have to leave. But, not before we have some fun and meet some lovely people.

Here is the marinade for the steak tacos (started off Korean but in the end I changed the ingredients to what I had).

1 packet ‘sizzle’ steak
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 Cayenne Pepper (or too taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pack soft tacos
