This is so good to share what we are doing-it has been the missing piece to connect us to the work we are each doing.
decentralized work requires centralized collaboration
We had roles assigned for all the meetings
We rebooted our Sprint process after a bit of Summit derailment
we got the first video from the summit done
Post Summit promotion looks to be coming along well
First two impact onboarding sessions
Impact as an opportunity workshop
We have a nice plan to finish out the year with reflection, planning, and celebration
building new bridges with others interested in impact at the Summit

00:31:10 What didn't go well
Trying to figure out who did what three months after the fact is hard
Organizing it logically
Kept losing track of where I was in the process,,,🙃
Finding the information...ugh!
We tend to take on more than we can finish in 2 weeks
Need to work on scaling these projects
Still find it hard to sync up on who is doing what during the week

Think about starting async "standups" mid week
have a promotion plan for media created
having everyone in C4C, and participants in the summit session sharing social media posts and the youtube clips of each other
Keep doing the Wall of Appreciation at Wed meetups
Tracking meetings, admin, etc, and where to put it
Create a better process for scribing meetings
Connect with each other so we know what to do & where to find things.
