Sketch N Build won the contract to build a stand at Seamless 2022 from ATE for Spryker, from concept through to creation.

Seamless hosts hundreds of the region's leading technology providers and start-ups as well as more than 10,000 attendees in areas of Payments, e-commerce & retail.

It was our first time at Seamless and also our first time working with both the agency and the client.

It was also an important event for the digital e-commerce design platform Spryker, as it was their first time showcasing in Dubai.

The agency designed a simple yet elegant stand and came to SNB to execute the plans.

The focal point of the space was a 10m x 16m suspended canopy, originally designed to have no bracing.

But given the shape and height, we knew that the canopy had major structural challenges, and there would have to be some bracing.

The entire stand was pre-constructed in our new warehouse facility. All elements including the canopy, bespoke sofas and tables were handmade and overseen by SNB master craftsmen. before being taken to the exhibition.

Another major challenge was the 48hr build-time, which is very tight for a build of this complexity, with bespoke canopy, walls, and flooring. It had to be a very fast turnaround. SNB had two other stands at the event so additional crew members were on-site to make sure we delivered on-time.

The build went smoothly and quickly, including the installation of the floating canopy which could be seen throughout the exhibition center due to its 5.8 meter height.

The designer of the canopy flew over from Europe to see the stand in person and was extremely happy with the results.

The exhibition was a great success and both the agency and the client were extremely happy. The stand has since been dismantled and stored ready for use at Seamless 2023.
