Rava Kesari Recipe

Ingredients

Rava (semolina): 1 1/2 cups

Milk: 1 cup

Butter: 2 tablespoons

Cardamom powder or vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon

Sugar: 1/4 cup

A pinch of food coloring (optional)


Instructions

1. Roast the rava until it is fragrant and
lightly golden.


2. Add milk, sugar, butter, food coloring, and cardamom powder (or vanilla essence) to the roasted rava, and mix well.


3. Cook until the mixture thickens and begins to release from the sides of the pan. Turn off the heat.
