A large antique Chinese wedding cabinet armoire, with Chinese red lacquer. The sides and the back are lacquered in black. This Chinese wedding cabinet has four doors that open to reveal the inside. Two doors in the center of the cabinet and two doors on each side. The doors are attached to the cabinet via wooden pins, which allow the doors to be easily removed. The two side doors can lock via an upper and lower wooden latch, that are accessible by reaching in from the main door area. The interior of the cabinet is generous, divided into three sections by two removable shelves. The lower storage continues below the bottom of the doors. The apron between the front legs is a simple carved pattern. The door medallion is made of brass, as well as the door pulls.
