BRMs are becoming increasingly popular. Whoever is a regular cyclist, some or the other time wants to tick off a BRM.
In cycling, BRM stands for Brevets de Randonneurs Mondiaux, which translates to "World Randonneurs Brevets". These are long-distance cycling events organized under the auspices of Audax Club Parisien (ACP) and Randonneurs Mondiaux (RM). BRMs are not races, but rather timed rides with specific distance and time limits, emphasizing self-sufficiency and camaraderie. BRMs keep happening not only all over in India but all over the world.
So, today’s guest is someone who himself is a fabulous marathoner and an accomplished cyclist. He is the pioneer and, in a way, the PIONEER for PUNE RANDENOUERS.
We welcome Prashant Jog to speak to us in an informal way about BRMs, the challenges faced while organizing these events and his journey and experiences.
