PANEER PASANDA RECIPE ❤️
Ingredients:
Paneer - 500gm
Almonds & Cashews - 5-6 pcs
Sugar - 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Salt, Pepper
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1 tsp + 2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1pc + 2pc
Ginger, Garlic - 1/2 tsp each + 1 tbsp each
Corn Flour, Maida - 1/4 cup each
Oil, Ghee - 1 tbsp each
Bay Leaf - 2
Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
Elaichi - 1 choti + 1 badi
Onion - 6 pcs
Haldi Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Besan - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 2 medium
Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Handful Coriander Leaves
Butter - 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1. Cut the paneer into rectangular or square slabs.
2. For the Filling: Paneer, chopped almonds, chopped cashews, sugar, pepper, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala, green chilli, ginger and garlic.
3. Add the filling between two paneer slabs and close them together like a sandwich.
4. Make a slurry with corn flour, maida and water. Double coat the paneer with it and with some dry corn flour. Lightly fry them.
5. Now take a kadai, add oil, ghee, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, elaichi and lightly saute. Then add onions, ginger, garlic and green chilli. Let it cook.
6. Add haldi powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, salt and some water. Mix and let it cook. Add besan.
7. Then add curd, mix well and cook. Add tomatoes, melon seeds, cashew, salt and cream. Add water and coriander leaves. Mix well.
8. After it has cooked properly, remove the whole spices, transfer the rest to a blender and form a puree.
9. Now take a kadai, add butter, some kashmiri chilli powder, the puree, sugar, black pepper, kasuri methi, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.
10. Cut the paneer into half and serve with the gravy. Top with some cream and enjoy!
