Mt. Angeles is a pretty intense hike in Olympic National Park that I decided to do solo. Everyone was comfy back at the RV sleeping and I wanted to watch the sunrise over hurricane ridge. This is widely regarded as one of the best views in Olympic but it is also one of the toughest hikes. I realized I pushed myself to the limit when I reached the top because there were climbing ropes everywhere and I was doing everything free-handed. Still, the views were incredible and I would do it again if I could! While I pushed myself too far and had to pause for a minute on the summit it was still an amazing opportunity to learn from this challenge!
