Key Requirements from You

Proof of 2 years continuous residence in Spain (e.g., padrón certificate, utility bills, rent receipts, or other official records).

Valid passport.

No criminal record in Spain or your home country (last 5 years).

Payment of government fees.

Requirements from Your Employer

For Domestic Work (Empleados del Hogar):

• A signed job contract for at least 20 hours/week, meeting the minimum wage

• Employer’s ID (DNI/NIE) and proof of financial capacity (e.g., bank statements or tax returns).

For a Company:_:

• A formal job offer or contract for at least 20 hours/week, meeting SMI or the relevant collective agreement.

• Company’s documents proving the ownership and financial capability to cover your salary.,
