Full ingredients list : 👩🏻‍🍳

Radish : 1 medium size
Water : 2 cups for salt water
Salt : 2 tablespoon
Oil : 1 cup for deep frying

For batter :
Bengal gram flour/ besan : 1/4 cup
Rice flour : 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Kaalo jeera/ kalonji : 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder : 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar : 1/2 teaspoon
Pinch of Baking soda
