The #harvest bounty is coming in fast, so food #preservation is in full swing. Join me as we look at my #canning, #freezing and #freezedrying projects for week 4 of the #everbitcountschallenge for 2024. During the past week, I was able to make #cornrelish, ad fresh #corn from the cob to the freezer, can #peaches, peach #salsa, #crushedtomatoes and peach butter. Yum! I’m also continuing on drying some flowers for craft projects and hulling drying beans from the garden. I can’t wait to share it with you.
