1️⃣ Begin by massaging the bottom of your feet with your favourite toxin-free cream or oil. Remember to breathe!
2️⃣ Locate the Lung Reflex under the 2nd & 3rd toe in the middle of the ball of the foot.
3️⃣ Activate the Lung Reflex by working in a cross-cross motion. Make sure to repeat on the other foot too!
