Mark Henrie, Intercollegiate Studies Institute Vice President and Chief Academic Officer will be lecturing on the topic "The Roman Catholic View of Life and Learning: Reality, Incarnation and Beatitude" at 3pm on Friday, September 17 in the McInnis Auditorium. This lecture will be the second of a ten-part series on "Life and Learning in the Great Christian Traditions". This series is a part of the Templeton Honors College public forum offerings. Mark Henrie studied at Dartmouth College, Cambridge University, and Harvard University. For two years he was a novice of the Toronto Oratory, a Roman Catholic religious order. Mr. Henrie has been a contributor to Commentary and First Things, a guest on Mars Hill Audio. He is the Executive Editor of Modern Age and the Political Science Reviewer, is the author of A Student's Guide to the Core Curriculum (2000: ISI Press), and the editor of Doomed Bourgeois in Love: Essays on the Films of Whit Stillman (2001: ISI Press).
