There are many reasons you may have to restart Windows Explorer on your PC. Let's say you made a change to the Windows Registry, and it will not take effect without rebooting your computer. Many times, you can simply restart Windows Explorer instead. Normally, you would need to open Task Manager and then find Windows Explorer in the list, right click it and then choose Restart. With this tool, you can simply double click the file or create a shortcut on your taskbar or start menu and then restart Windows Explorer whenever you need to.
