How to find our what your customers want?
You can do this via data mining. Find on Amazon reviews given by people who can be your ideal customers. Copy the most relevant of those reviews to a Google sheet and then extract from those quotes features and themes. Those themes should tell you what your customers DON'T want and what they DO want.
