New Edition Behind-the-Scenes: Ricky Bell reflects on their 40-year legacy

Ronnie DeVoe took us behind-the-scenes in Nashville, TN where New Edition was honored today (April 16th) by the National Museum of African American Music in partnership with The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

In this clip, Ricky Bell talks about how NE prepared for this very moment in history. New Edition was formed in 1978, five years before they burst onto the music scene in 1983. During that five-year period, they practiced, performed and practiced some more. They were perfecting their craft which enabled them to be here 40 years later performing at a top-level!
