International Child Care Ministries is a global network of compassionate people who identify children facing some of the world's greatest challenges. We empower this network to come alongside kids in practical ways.

Stella Bokare is a devoted follower of a great Guru-Jesus. She is married to Rev. Girish Bokare, a Free Methodist pastor for twenty six years. They are blessed with two children: Abishai, who is married and Ishanah, who is doing her 3rd year of school of medicine.

Stella graduated her PhD in Holistic Child Development from the Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary, Philippines, where she is on the visiting faculty team. With a deep desire to be equipped in social work, she will be soon completing her Masters in Social Work. Learning never stops!

Raised in a multilingual context in India, Stella has learnt to speak Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, English ,Telugu and is currently learning a new language. Her travel across ten countries and her experience as the South Asia Regional Coordinator for eleven years has richly added value to her next role as Global Program Director in International Child Care Ministries (ICCM). Along with this role, she also serves as the Interim Co-Director of ICCM-Global Ministries until the new Director is appointed early January.

Ray Babcock has served with the Free Methodist Church as a pastor and missionary for 37 years. He and his wife Pam live in Indianapolis and they have three grown children. Having served in Mexico and Brazil, Ray is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese in addition to his native English. He has served with the child sponsorship ministry of the Free Methodist Church, International Child Care Ministries, since 2018 and is currently Executive Assistance for Finance and Regional Coordinator for Brazil. He continues to prayerfully seek to love God with all he is and love he neighbor as himself.

Although Stella and I are serving as Interim Co-Directors of ICCM, we expect that assignment to expire at the end of December and ICCM's next Global Director to be announced at about that time. Thus the responsibilities as I listed them in my bio.
