I had the Tinny out a few weeks ago and had a problem with the water pump which caused the engine to overheat. In these two videos I replace the water pump and thermostat and also remove the cylinder head. The paint on the head was burned and discoloured. I removed the old paint and repainted with high temp primer and finished off with 4 coats of Johnson White. Hope you enjoy.
