Today's video focuses on Aunty Kama! She is 74 years young, and still very active in the kitchen. She has that sweet han' that only experienced cooks have. I am so grateful that I was able to document this amazing cultural experience. Cooks like Aunty Kama inspire me to keep cooking, sharing and preserving the Trinbagonian culture. I am so thankful that she invited me into her kitchen.
