David Zid of Total Health Works creates exercise programs for populations that can't work out the way that they would like to. He has created a program specifically for those with Parkinson's Disease and is now sharing exercises that we will have an easier time performing.


Many veterans with CB know that it is hard for us to work out and easy for us to add on pounds. This is meant to help get us moving again!
