I was invited to try something new at Calle Washington. A new restaurant called Spiced By Vibe. Spiced is the new resto associated with Vibe Café and Bar. Here, they serve fusion dishes. These are not your typical Filipino dishes. They have a special added twist to them. All of the dishes served are from Ma'am Laureen Lejarde's recipes collection.

The Brick Glazed Chicken was delicious, tender, juicy, and succulent. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls were very tasty. The shredded carrots were fresh and crisp. Had nice texture. The Pulled Pork Hamonada was delicious, tender, meaty, and juicy. The Chicken Broth was rich, thick, smooth, and tasty. The Choco Brigadero Cake was sweet, chocolaty, rich, creamy, and decadent. The Avocado shake was delicious. Nice, smooth, creamy, thick, rich, cool, creamy, and refreshing. I highly recommend this place. Especially to those who work in call centers or hospitals. They are open 24/ 7. Drop by anytime you have a late night break or a bad case of the munchies. Spiced By Vibe is the place for you!
