3 cup Whole wheat flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp carom seeds
4 - 5 Tbsp Hot Oil
Hot Water

For Stuffing :
1 kg Boiled potatoes
100g Dried Green peas ( boiled)
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Dhaniya jeera powder
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Garam masala
1/2 Tsp Chat masala
1/4 Tsp Raw mango powder
1/2 Tsp Powdered sugar ( optional)
1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
Fresh coriander leaves

For Tadka :
1 Tbsp Oil
Mustard seed
3 Green chilli
8 - 10 mint leaves
8 - 10 curry leaves
1/2 Tsp Turmeric pwd
Asafoetida

Oil for frying
