Popularly known as BMC, this course focuses on basic level training in rock climbing, snow and ice climbing techniques along with trekking in Himalayan ranges, survival and other skills and knowledge essential to survive in the mountains. BMC is one of the popular mountaineering courses in India with an initiative to promote mountaineering by the Government of India.
