FOLD IN COOL WHIP TO CREAM CHEESE USING SPATUALA
DRAIN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND DISCARD JUICE
FOLD CRUSHED PINEAPPLE INTO CREAM CHEESE/ WHIP TOPPING USING A SPATULA
ADD ABOUT TWO TABLE SPOONS OF COCONUT TO MIXTURE AND FOLD IN
SPREAD MIXTURE OVER GRAHAM CRUMBS
ADD CHUNKS OF PINEAPPLE ON TOP FOR GARNISH
SPRINKLE COCONUT (TOASTED OR PLAIN) OVER TOP
REFRIDGERATE FOR FOUR TO FIVE HOURS AND SERVE
