Cadia. This proud world stood defiant for millennia– a bulwark of Astra Militarum regiments and multiple chapters of the legendary Space Marines against the forces of Chaos residing in the Eye of Terror.
Through a whirlwind of tragic encounters and the unrelenting onslaught of the Forces of Chaos, commanded directly by the Warmaster Abaddon the Despoiler himself, the fortress world would finally break open.
Unleashing not only the Great Rift onto the galaxy, but also breaking the hearts of those, who must now live without their homeworld.
