13. Battle of Mortarborne | BattleTech Alpha Strike Battle Report | Tamar Rising Chaos Campaign

This is a battle report for BattleTech: Alpha Strike, Chaos Campaign in the Tamar Rising setting.

The Battle of Mortarborne, Phase 2 of the war, 8th episode (13th in series).
We used a new movement house rule for this battle. Instead of activating alternating lances, we alternated by companies. We also used a 4’x4’ battlespace.

My players are battling for control of a lucrative world: Blue Hole. My players represent different factions/ armies under the greater umbrella of the Alyina Mercantile League and the Vesper Marches. Their decisions dictate this narrative campaign and which battles are fought in this Chaos Campaign.

We use the following rules designed by Catalyst Game Labs:
BattleTech Alpha Strike
BattleTech Tamar Rising
BattleTech Campaign Operations
We also have our own house rules and campaign system to keep ourselves organized.
