We help businesses get from Stage 1 to Stage 2 and develop strategies and plans for growth. Our main focus is on the 5 sisters - finance, sales, operations, marketing, and human resources. For people looking to start a business, Andi recommends taking a class anywhere in the community to learn about business, make sure there is enough money to do what needs to be done, and that there is a marketplace for that service or product. When running a business, the owner needs to figure out which employees are good at certain tasks. Employees need to be in the mindset that they are continuously learning - growth in personnel is very important. The key to making a business grow is starting with marketing and sales. Focusing on marketing and sales will bring in more money for the company. Ambition is crucial when it comes to marketing and sales - if someone is content with not making a sale, they shouldn't be in sales. Salespeople need to be results driven and have compassion for what they do, otherwise they will not succeed.
