Mass Effect LE2 Ice Cold Sniper Build Horizon Insanity

Taken from my Twitch stream.
Using Cryo Ammo on all weapons and Reave.
Saw someone having difficulty with this build on Twitch. Decided to replicate the build to assess the difficulty.
Most of the weapons are the basic weapons you get at the start of the game: M-4 Shuriken, M-6 Carnifex, M-92 Mantis.
I put 6 points into Reave but only 1 point in all the other powers because I wasn't sure what the streamer's point allocation was.
Garrus had Area Overload as I find it more useful than Concussive Shot. Mordin had 1 point in Cryo Blast and Incinerate and then I dumped the rest of his points into his passives to give him 25% more shields.
