In Part 10 of our Monster Care Simulator no commentary playthrough, the clinic is getting a massive upgrade! We finally unlock the new expansion area, giving us much more room to work with.

Plus, we discover a mysterious Gachapon machine across the street! I find out that it accepts monster drops as currency, so we spend some time testing our luck to see what prizes we can get for the clinic.

Can we manage the outbreak, or will the lack of supplies force us to turn monsters away?

A bit of a note about the audio on this one. When I was recording, I had a bit of an audio glitch that I wasn't able to fix / recover from after I was done recording / editing. So, instead of having the video be nothing but silence, I went ahead and edited in some rain sounds throughout - which fits considering how much this game likes to dump rain on me. It's even raining at the beginning but I just let it play throughout! Sorry about the issue. I will try to monitor my recordings better in the future!
