1,700 new homes and office, recreation spaces in Jurong Lake District site

Around 1,700 new homes, as well as office and recreation spaces, will come up at a new site that has just been put up for sale in the Jurong Lake District. The 6.5-hectare site comprises three plots of land. But a master developer approach will be taken with the site, which means a single developer will plan the entire project. It is part of a long-term plan to transform the Jurong Lake District into Singapore's largest business district outside the city centre.
