Ivor Gets NPC's Attention - Minecraft: Story Mode Modded

When Jesse tries to get his attention, it didn't work properly. Ivor, on the other hand, had a number of strategies on this to make it get its attention. Luckily, it worked! Oh yeah and I also moved Ivor’s view targets so that it’s eyes can move in whatever direction
