This marked a significant step forward in Otokar's efforts to provide advanced defense solutions to the Romanian Army. The company announced a comprehensive proposal that includes a technology transfer agreement, enabling the Cobra II to be produced locally in Romania through a partnership with Automecanica SA in Mediaș, Transylvania.
