When we talk about piercings in the studio, anatomical terms are going to be the best way of ensuring clear, concise, and accurate communication between the piercer and the client. When we ask for clarification it's not to be rude or because we don't know, its because these terms can have so many different meanings for so many different people and we just want to get it right!
