Setup:
-Orient so that the water source is on the bottom of your base
-Move the sub-PAC to the right half out of the way
-Place the Left Half of the base on the left edge
-Move the sub-PAC into place at the top of the base with output ports directed left/right
-Place the Right Half of the base on the right edge
-Connect water pipes with the water source as shown
-Place Yazhen Seeds in the planting unit in the bottom right just above the shredding unit leading to the reactor crucible
-Place Buckflower Seeds in the planting unit in the bottom left Planting Unit
-Build a Xirinite Pylon just northeast of the Sub-PAC (outside of the base boundary)
-Make sure output ports of Sub-PAC match the video, Xirinite in Top Right and Bottom Left, HC Valley Battery in the Top Left, Sandleaf Seed in the Middle Left, Buckflower in the bottom right

NOTES

This base covers almost all needs for Wuling and fits in the upgraded Sub-AIC without using the main base at all.

Sandleaf income is slightly in the red and I transport Ferrium ore from Regional Transfer to help maintain output of Yazhen Syringe [C]. A small sandleaf farm anywhere in your main base will compensate for the deficit.

The base functions with or without HC Valley Batteries, but using them will let you stockpile LC Wuling Batteries to sell. If you do want to maintain full production time, this base has a power output of ~2000 meaning the base only consumes 4320 HC Valley Batteries per day (which you can manually transport in 3 trips).
