My FIRST INVESTMENT Property | RCD Royale HOMES | SILANG Cavite | HOUSE Tour | FOR RENT

Wazuup pards! Another day, another vlog. This time I would like to share with you my 1st property investment, a house in Silang, Cavite.

This is located in RCD Royale Homes in Barangay Kalubkob, Silang. I stayed here for almost 11 years and I loved it. All basic necessities are within my reach, it's very peaceful and most of all, the weather here is perfect! Since it is near Tagaytay, you can expect that it is almost the same, sometimes you can experience fog in the months of December - January. I have no plans of relocating actually kasi nga I really love Silang, but I needed to because of my work. As you know from my previous vlog, i recently acquired a new condo unit in Amaia Steps Alabang (link below) so my beautiful house in Silang is now FOR RENT.
